Everywhere you go on eBay and many places off eBay tout the "community" aspect of belonging to eBay. However in reality, the "public" eBay Discussion boards are some of the harshest boards I have ever seen. If you don't believe me go to the Feedback board and post "Who should leave feedback first?" or go to the bidding board and post "I don't want this item can I remove my bid?". The most disheartening scenario is when an honest seller posts good advice and then the board trolls start 'messing' with that seller's business. I enjoy your blog, great advice.
