Thanks for stopping by!

It is very apparent how easy it is to step on toes of people on the eBay Discussion Boards. If you don’t agree with them, or say something that they disagree with, they certainly don’t hesitate to say something nasty to you.

Would they do this to your face? We think not. It is interesting what liberties people think they can take on the Internet.

Well said. I've spent some time on the community boards, sorted through what I considered good information. When attempting to comment, I found it very painful because replies to my comments indicated I was "stepping on toes". One person actually e-mailed me & apologized for the comments that others were leaving me. One of the most civil, helpful no-drama forums I have found is eBay Coach Free Forum. Totally professional, all the way around.

I really find the boards to be full of a lot of noise. There is some good content on there, but you really have to have a good filter for what is real information and not just fluff.

Excellent post.

Your comments about many of the people who hang out on eBay discussion boards really hits the mark.

It’s been years since I’ve visited any of their boards. They are just too negative and I choose not to spend time with people who go through life with a negative outlook on everything.
